Ganoderma
Ganoderma, fungus that grow on wood and also known as Red Mushroom, belong to mushroom family. To date 38,000 varieties of mushrooms have been found in the world, out of which 2,000 are edible and 200 have medicinal values. Ganoderma is a Greek term combining the words ganos (γανος or "shining") and derma (δερμα or "skin").
